FAQ

Does the Softopper® fold down with the bed rack installed? Yes, but you need to remove the two pivot pins on the Softopper® before folding it down.

Why do I need to remove the pivot pins? The Softopper® rises above the rack as it pivots closed. Removing the two pivot pins lets you lower it while folding it forward.

Are your bed racks made of steel? Yes, our bed racks are made of steel.

Why are your bed racks designed to sit low? A lower rack helps keep the overall height down for garage clearance and can reduce aerodynamic drag compared with a taller setup. Always check your vehicle’s total height with any mounted accessories.

Where are your bed racks made? Our bed racks are made right here in Idaho.

Can I order a different rack height? In most cases, yes. Taller and shorter options are available. Contact us to discuss your truck and setup before ordering.

What is the weight limit? Our bed racks have a static load limit of 1,000 lb. Static means the vehicle is parked. For driving or off-road load limits, contact us before loading your rack.

I don’t see my truck listed. Do you have a rack for it? We may have an option that isn’t listed on the website yet. Contact us with your truck’s year, make, model, and bed length.
