Do not use the sheet metal plate supplied by Rotopax, mount the aluminum mount directly to the accessory panel with a lock washer, or locktite.

Excellent product
Bought a couple with the bed rack for my 2019 Taco DCLB. Same excellent quality as the rack it will accompany. One request will be to have more mounting holes for greater mounting options (hence minus one star)

Accessory Panel
Expensive, but worth it - just like everything else Datin sells. I have a total of 4 of these on my rack, and I'll probably wind up getting two more before long. Hopefully they go on sale, or maybe give a discount when buying more than one at a time, etc. I have FOUR of these on the drivers side of my rack (zero on passenger side, for now). I have my Hi-Lift jack and MaxxTrax mounted to 'em. Again, expensive, but worth it.

I love my Datin Rack and it is nice to be able additional accessory panels as needed. They fit perfect. The one option I wish would be able to order the hardware black.

Great system!
This is the best solution for my truck needs by far. I knew I needed an optional shell hence I chose the soft- folding shell by softopper. I knew I needed a large foot print rooftop tent (that would extend from bed to roof). The part I needed in between is a rack that straddles the soft top and beefy enough to support large tent. The base station is perfect solution. It was easy install and has plenty of holes and slots for me to think of other creative cargo methods for my off tossing camping trips that I’m planning :). My kids and the misses love the truck we’ve built so far. Cheers to many adventures.
