Chevy Colorado GMC Canyon Shock Skids. Our rock repellent max protection shock skids are the same as the original no drill shock skids, with a taller front for more shock protection, if you live in a muddy area consider the original Shock Skids, they fit like a glove.
Since one mounts forward and the other opposite, the shock is exposed more, so all we did was make it taller
No drilling required. Mounts to the the factory shock mount using the new, longer 10.9 14mm shock bolt (included) and to the top of the shock tower with our 1/4" easy mount nut plate and 3/8" bolts (included)

Solid Protection; Definitely Needed
I just installed these, and it literally took me longer to get my tools together and climb under the truck, than it did to install them. They're solid protection that everyone DEFINITELY NEEDS if you're going to be on high-clearance-required trails. The plastic dust shroud that surrounds the bottom of the shock extends below the shock, around the bolt. That's how it's held in place. So the lowest point that is exposed IS PLASTIC! I do a fair amount of mild rock crawling and 4-wheelin' and the plastic piece has been hit a few times. It had started to deform. Installing these will definitely protect that, as well as any potential shots to the VERY EXPENSIVE shocks themselves. Easy install, straightforward instructions, quality product and engineering. ZR2 Max Protection Shock Skids
Not a whole lot to say at this point since I just installed them and haven't scraped any rocks, but they were easy to install and appear to be very well made. Highly recommended for anyone looking to protect those expensive DSSV's.

Great Product, EXCELLENT Customer Service!
The skids are very well made and have a nice heft to them, I no longer worry about ripping up my rear shocks with these bolted on. What really shines for me though is the customer service. I installed both skids but didn't have the proper torque wrench handy for the small retaining plates. This caused me to over-tighten one of the bolts, with the end result being a stripped plate. I reached out to Datin to see if I could purchase a replacement plate, letting them know I'd caused the issue. Datin replied within a day (Sunday of all days) and apologized for the issue, even though it was 100% my fault. They shipped out a replacement set the next day at no charge, not even shipping! A company with this level of customer service and quality products DESERVES your business!
