Bolts to the existing factory holes in the bed side, no drilling or modifications needed to the truck.
These are intended for mounting gear that is the same size or smaller than the panel such as tool pouches or quickfist clamps. Trying to mount larger items may or may not clear the bedside or fender well.

Awesome Panels!
These were exactly what I was looking for to mount shovel, axe, saw, and storage bags to the inside of my truck bed. I love that they tuck nicely into the factory recesses to maximize the available space of the truck bed. I ended up making new inner brackets out of 1 1/2" x 1/8" flat strap to cover the entire hole in order to block dust from entering through into my bed cap. I also used Button Head bolts instead of the supplied Hex Head Bolts so that bags and equipment will not snag or rub. The quality is top notch and the powder coating is very durable I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a Colorado!

Fits perfectly, powder coat seems beefy, all the hardware is there, customer service is awesome. I'll buy from Datin again. Also made in the USA.
