 Comes complete with all hardware and simple, easy to read instructions. Made from 10-12 and 14 Gauge HRPO steel, laser cut and formed to exact standards for a perfect, no hassle fit. 

Softopper will not retract all the way forward with the rack installed, the sides and rear will roll up with the rack on for access, Softopper sold separately
