These panels allow you to still have access to the lower tie down hooks. 

Flush fitting into the recessed pickup bed walls and designed to easily mount all your gear. One panel fits right or left side.

Bolts to the existing factory holes in the bed side. No drilling or modifications needed to the truck.

These are intended for mounting gear that is the same size or smaller than the panel. If you try to mount larger items they may or may not clear the bedside or fender well.
